    Cane, like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in color and weave pattern. Variations in shade and markings are normal and can be expected with the natural materials used in the construction of this product. Product Care & Maintenance: For cleaning, use a dry cloth, paint brush or air compressor to rid of dust. For spills such as juice or hot chocolate, wipe with a dry cotton cloth. The rattan is protected from a top coat so it won�t absorb the liquid. For maintenance, remember this is a natural material and should be handled with care, however, If fraying of the rattan split occurs, simply cut the portion that has fray with scissors. Rattan is naturally heat resistant to sunlight and humidity. For Sunbrella cleaning, refer to Sunbrella Upholstery Care and Cleaning from the Sunbrella website. Apply a light mist of mild soap and water using a spray bottle. Work the solution into the spill by lightly agitating the entire surface area of the fabric, moving from seam to seam, with a sponge or very soft bristle brush. Avoid scrubbing, and do not use a hard bristled brush or anything that will abrade the fabric. Rinse the entire fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. Blot or wet-vacuum excess water from the entire surface area of the fabric, moving from seam to seam. Air dry. Repeat rinsing and blotting until all soap residue is removed.

    Shipping Information

    GROUND - UPS - FEDEX

    Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.

    If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.




    LTL - FREIGHT - CURBSIDE - Scheduled Appointment

    Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

    If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment.

    Freight shipments are curbside delivery.




    WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - Scheduled Appointment

    In the event that White Glove Delivery is offered free or for an additonal fee for an item and you wish to have this service it will include the following:

    Platinum service level provides two-person delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).

    The shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services




    In all above cases, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
