Price Match Policy

We want to earn your business and we want you to shop our website with the peace of mind that you are getting the best price possible. That's why we do everything in our power to make sure our prices are always competitive.

We reserve the right to not match or beat any item for any reason, this service is not a guarantee, but a tool to help you find a better price if a better price is possible. We will always try to earn your business with fair prices and outstanding service.

• We may not match or beat any item which we feel is priced in error on the competitors site or in violation of manufacturer policy, or item that would lead to a monetary net loss.
  
  
• The lower price must be published on the competing web site and must be available for verification by our customer service department. If we cannot confirm the price, unfortunately we will not be able to price match.
  
  
• The product must be the exact item & currently in stock on the competitors site and available for immediate shipping. No substitutions of any kind are allowed.
  
  
• Please complete the price match form BEFORE you place an order with us, we will not be able to price match after an order is submitted or shipped.


• When calculating a price match, items that we ship to you "free freight" cannot be compared to companies charging a separate freight or shipping charge. If the competitor is advertising a lower price but then adding a handling fee or shipping fee during checkout - we will apply our price match policy to their FINAL price.
  
  
• Items that we ship "White Glove" that other retailers may ship "Curbside" or "Back of Truck" may not be available for further discount. Please include the "up charge" these retailers may charge for their "White Glove" service.
  
  
• Some of our manufacturers that we work with require that we follow their "MSP" (Minimum Selling Price) policy. We do not price match below MSP pricing. We will notify you if the item you are questioning has manufacturer MSP requirements.
  
  
• We may not not price match auction sites, flash sale sites, paid membership club stores, big box stores or your local brick and mortar store.
  
  
• We may not match prices on items which are limited in quantity, offered at the low price for less than one day, or offered for sale the day before Thanksgiving, day of Thanksgiving, or day after Thanksgiving.
  
  
• Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.
  
  
• Special order items are excluded from our price match policy.
  
  
• Dynamic Home Decor does not price match retroactively, nor is this a price protection guarantee if a competitors price is lowered after your purchase.
